Terms of Service

Last updated 17/09/2026

Working draft. These terms are pending review by the operator's legal adviser and will be replaced before public launch. They describe how the service actually works today.

1. Who we are

Atomic Dojo provides instructional martial-arts video and a members-only community chat, delivered through this website and the Atomic Dojo mobile app. Using either means you accept these terms.

2. Your account

One account works on the web and in the app. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. You must verify your email address before your membership becomes active. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

3. Membership and billing

Membership is a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay, and we will tell you in advance of any change.

Where a trial is offered, your card is authorised at signup and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. During a trial you can read the community chat but not post in it.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails we will retry it and let you know. Access may be suspended while a payment is outstanding, and is restored as soon as it succeeds.

6. Using the content

The videos, courses and written material are licensed to you for personal training only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, screen publicly or use them to instruct others commercially. Accounts found sharing content or credentials may be suspended.

7. Community conduct

The community chat is moderated. Harassment, abuse, spam, and promotion of other services are not permitted. Moderators may remove messages and restrict or ban accounts. Serious or repeated breaches may end your membership without refund.

8. Training safely

Martial-arts training carries risk of injury. The instruction here is general and is not medical advice or supervised coaching. Train within your ability, use appropriate supervision and equipment, and seek medical advice before starting if you have any doubt.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Content is added and occasionally removed. We may change or discontinue features.

10. Australian consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Contact
